Hi, I'm Ria—your secret weapon to achieving your best physical fitness. I’m a dedicated fitness coach and wellness advocate, and I take pride in my supportive approach to helping my clients reach their full potential, both physically and mentally. My passion for fitness and wellbeing began in 2015 when I discovered Yoga, experiencing first hand the transformative power movement can have on the body and mind. After qualifying as a yoga teacher, I spent over seven years sharing the magic of yoga with many, gaining a deep understanding of holistic wellbeing. As a mum to a teenage boy and 3 cats, I understand the demands of balancing family life while pursuing personal health goals. In my 40s, I embarked on my own fitness transformation through strength training, recognising how it can be especially beneficial for women over 30 by improving muscle tone, boosting metabolism, and enhancing overall vitality. My own journey of overhauling my nutrition and training fuels my passion for helping others build sustainable habits and feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. I used to think the gym was intimidating, but now I see it as my happy place—and I want others to feel the same! With a focus on safe technique, motivation, and accountability, I stand by my clients every step of the way. Whether you're just starting out or looking to level up, my goal is to empower you to become the best version of yourself. I believe that transformation begins with the right support, and I am dedicated to providing it. This fully tailored, private coaching experience is designed to help you achieve your unique fitness goals. Whether you're just starting out or ready to level up, it’s more than just personal training—it's a monthly membership to a stronger, more confident you, with ongoing support and motivation beyond the gym. Bespoke. is all about creating a program that fits your individual needs, abilities and lifestyle. We’ll work together to develop a sustainable, effective and enjoyable plan that keeps you motivated and inspired. Each week, you’ll have two, 45-minute private sessions with me at PureGym York, scheduled at a time that works best for you and pre-booked for a smooth, stress-free experience. Alongside our in-person workouts, you’ll receive three custom-crafted workout plans to follow on your own, ensuring that working out never gets boring and helping you build healthy habits by staying consistent outside of our sessions. You’ll also have access to an easy-to-use training app where you can log your progress, record activities, and share feedback, making it simple to stay connected and on track. Throughout your journey, I’ll be by your side, offering unwavering support, encouragement, and tailored motivation to help you build confidence and see real results.
